My name is Nico Boon, founder of Bonico Horeca Consultancy.


With over 25 years of experience in and with the hospitality industry, I know how wonderful this sector is.


But I also know how much pressure entrepreneurs can be under.


The guests expect quality. Employees demand attention. The costs are rising.


And in the meantime, a great deal of responsibility remains with the entrepreneur.


That is exactly where my passion lies.

My background


Throughout my career, I have held various roles within the hospitality industry.


As an entrepreneur.

As a manager. As a commercial manager.

And as an advisor.


Because of that, I understand what it feels like to be responsible for guests, employees, revenue, and results.


I know how difficult it can sometimes be to make the right choices.


And I know how much difference it makes when structure, ownership, and leadership are in order.
